Terms of service

taap.at is a tool for creating short links, QR codes, bio pages, WhatsApp links, and event pages, and measuring how many people use them. The service is provided as available at any given time.

• — You need a valid email address and are responsible for keeping your password safe.
• — You are responsible for linked content and for having the right to publish it.
• — Phishing, malware, spam, illegal content, and bypassing other platforms’ blocks are prohibited.
• — We may suspend an account that violates these rules and will notify its email address.

• — Free is a permanent free plan with the limits shown on the pricing page.
• — Paid plans are charged monthly in advance in US dollars to your card.
• — Stripe processes payments; we never see or store your card number.
• — Mid-cycle plan changes are prorated on the next invoice.
• — Prices may change. We give at least 30 days’ notice before a new price applies to your plan, and you may cancel first.

• — You may cancel at any time in Settings, with no commitment or penalty.
• — You keep the plan through the paid period; then the account moves to Free.
• — Moving to Free deletes nothing: links, QR codes, and pages keep working, subject to Free limits and features.
• — Started periods are non-refundable unless applicable law requires otherwise.
• — Stripe retries failed charges for several days; if payment still fails, the account moves to Free.

We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We are not liable for indirect losses caused by downtime. Our maximum liability is limited to what you paid in the previous twelve months.

You may close your account by contacting us. We delete your data and links stop redirecting. This is irreversible; printed QR codes will stop working.
