Create a version for tracking channels
Use the generator if you want a specific message or a different link for each placement. They can all open the same number; separating them lets you compare opens without changing how your team works inside WhatsApp.

Business App vs. Business Platform
The app is free to download and provides business tools for teams that handle chats manually. The WhatsApp Business Platform, including Meta's Cloud API, adds automation, templates, and system integrations. Some providers also add shared inboxes and support services on top of the Platform.
How the Platform is priced
Since July 2025, Meta has charged per delivered template message. Categories, markets, and no-charge windows can change. Do not use a fixed price or say that it is "priced per conversation." Check the current official rate card before preparing a budget.
Measure the complete funnel
- Open: short link or outbound event on your website.
- Message sent: confirmation in WhatsApp or through a Platform integration.
- Opportunity: label, inbox, or CRM with consistent criteria.
- Sale: sales system tied to the channel and attribution period.
- Do not infer one stage from the previous one: the pre-filled message can be edited, and an open may not lead to a chat.
